Syracuse, N.Y -- Two Syracuse streets are blocked off Monday afternoon after a fire in a vacant industrial building.

Around 1:30 p.m., firefighters were called to North Clinton Street for a report of a building on fire, Syracuse District Chief Matt Craner said.
