Walter Bobesky to retire after 32 years as CEO and president of SECNY Federal Credit Union

Syracuse, N.Y. -- Walter will retire next year after 32 years as CEO of SECNY Federal Credit Union.

Bobesky, who joined SECNY in 1992, will retire following a transition period that will start Jan. 1, he said in a message posted on the credit union’s website on Monday.

The credit union said he will remain a member of its board of directors and continue to serve as president and then chief strategist/consultant during the transition.
