Both teams bring eight-win records into this showdown, which will mark their third-ever meeting with the series tied at 1-1. Last time they played each other was in 2008′s Meineke Car Care Bowl, where West Virginia won by a sliver, 31-30.
Both teams feature prolific quarterbacks in Drake Maye and Garrett Greene, but Maye has declared for the NFL Draft, and will miss out on the game, leaving Conner Harrell to lead the Tar Heels during the game.
UNC dropped its final two games of the season, including a 39-20 loss to rivals NC State, while the Mountaineers finished the season with a 34-31 win over Baylor. Here’s how to watch the game.
