Where are home sale prices up most in Onondaga County?

Syracuse, N.Y. — Average home sale prices are up $30,000 or more when compared with this point last year in five Onondaga County towns, according to new data.

The towns are Camillus, Fabius, Lysander, Onondaga and Pompey, according to data from Central New York Information Service Inc., an arm of the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors. The average price is up the most in Pompey, with an increase of $51,900 compared with this time in 2022.
